1. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds can be requested within 7 days of payment if the project has not yet started.
• No refunds will be issued after work has commenced or services have been delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Charges

• Domain and hosting charges
• Third-party service or license costs
• Custom development already initiated

3. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled by the client after work begins, no refund will be provided. Partial refunds may be considered only at the company’s discretion.

5. Refund Method

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
